Killings by Jamaica police under review

    A new independent commission has been set up in Jamaica to review the high number of killings by police officers. Human rights campaigners have called on the government to make reforms after allegations that some police units are targeting certain individuals. Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from Kingston, Jamaica.
