ENGLAND footie fever is sweeping the land - and the good people of Leek are well and truly caught up in it.
As the nation rejoiced after Gareth Southgate's troops eased to a 2-0 win against Sweden to make the World Cup semi-finals, the Staffordshire residents performed a very special tribute.
After cheering on their heroes to victory that sees them in the last four of the competition for the first time in 28 years, people took to the streets in euphoria.
There, marching behind a truck with many in fancy dress, they chanted the famous unofficial anthem of France 1998 World Cup by Fat Les, Vindaloo.
The special moment was of course captured and shared on social media, alongside the other millions of clips of celebration throughout the land.
Just like the official Vindaloo video, a large group of people walk down a road chanting lyrics to the banger.
